What does this cover?

  • You can conveniently Return/Exchange any item purchased from the San Frissco over whatsapp.
  • You can only place the Return/Exchange request within 24 HOURS from the date of receipt of delivery of the order. 
  • Refunds will be processed once the returned product reaches our warehouse and passes QC. This may take up to 7  days.
  • No Returns/Refund request can be placed for orders equal to or below INR 1599.
  • Returns/Exchanges shall only processed for unused and undamaged products. For the same purpose, please place your Return request over whatsapp and upload product images and mention Reason for Return/Exchange. Post evaluation of images uploaded on whatsapp: 
    • return request shall be accepted or rejected
    • upon acceptance of the Return Request placed by the customer, return pick up shall be arranged by San Frissco 
    • quality check (QC) shall be performed within the San Frissco premises. 
    • if the products pass the QC inspection, Return/Exchange shall be processed. If the products fail the QC test, no Return/Exchange shall be processed
    • the whole process of Return/Exchange shall take 10-15 days
  • All Return/Exchange request shall be rejected if the images of the products (6 images -Upper, left, right, front, insole & sole)  are not uploaded at the time of placing a Return/Exchange request over WhatsApp
  • You cannot place a Return/Exchange request if the request is placed after 24 hours from receipt of delivery of order. No queries shall be handled in this case only if order is received after 10 days after placing the order. 
  • Products under the "Deals" section of the website are non-refundable and can’t be returned or exchanged.
  • The entire refund amount after acceptance of the return after QC of products in San Frissco premises shall be credited directly to the bank account provided by the customer for Cash On Delivery orders or to the source account for Prepaid orders.
  • Only 1 exchange request per order shall be entertained and after that no further exchanges shall be processed. 
  • You can initiate an exchange/return request over WhatsApp.
  • In case the customer wants to get the product back couriered to him/her after learning that no exchange/refund request shall be processed post QC of the product, then the San Frissco team shall courier the product back to the address provided by the customer in the order placed, however the customer will bear the logistic charges in advance. Post receipt of the advance payment only, the product/order shall be dispatched.
  • Return or Exchange request can be raised multiple times by a customer for an order, however, the courier charges for the return shall be borne by the brand only once and post that If the Return Request is raised for the 2nd time or more, then the Courier charges shall be borne by the customer himself.
  • Return and Exchange are not applicable for Bespoke/Custom orders.
